Why Das?

Our focus is on alignment, technique and the Pilates principles; Breath, precision, flow, centre, focus, concentration.

Programs are designed to support posture, movement quality, rehabilitation, strength and control in a way that responds to the individual.

Clients benefit from the time and space to breathe and centre, the flow of movement, and the attention of instructors who bring both formal Pilates training and broad real-life experience to their teaching.

How to start?

All new clients begin with an initial consultation. This gives the studio a chance to get to know you, introduce or review the fundamental principles of Pilates, understand your needs, and recommend the class format that is most suitable.

You will then be guided through a series of exercises on the mat and with the studio apparatus so you can start doing Pilates straight away.

All Das Studio Pilates instructors hold a Diploma of Professional Pilates Practice. Many also bring complementary backgrounds in dance, classical ballet, yoga and personal training, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
