Semi-Private Studio 1:3


A studio class employing all apparatus for up to three participants. Programs are designed to target specific postural issues, conditions and goals. Regular weekly bookings are recommended.

Ageing Gracefully

Movement for ages 50+ at all ages and levels of fitness. Pilates is a mind–body method which helps to control blood pressure and protect against diabetes, increases lung capacity, reduces stress, anxiety and depression, prevents osteoporosis and enhances bone density, decreases cholesterol, improves cognition, gait and posture, and lessens the pain of arthritic conditions.

Teen Pilates

A special program for young adults aged 12-18 (school years 7-12). Classes explore all the Pilates principles through guided exercises which introduce the repertoire from its foundations-up. Students will learn the core concepts of breathing, centering, control, precision and rhythm.

Dymannic Mat

A strong and challenging Mat class which encompasses the Pilates principles with a particular focus on integrated strength and dynamic performance. These classes aim to improve posture, range of motion, balance and core strength.




Saturdays

Recharge Mat 

Get back in touch with your body. Release and mobilise your spine and muscles. Focus your body and mind and find some time and space for yourself. Open to all bodies, including post natal women.
